Cancellation Policy
Pricing & condition: Prices shown are starting prices. Final total depends on vehicle size and condition (excess pet hair, heavy stains, mud/salt buildup, bio cleanup). We confirm the final price range after a quick inspection before starting. Shop drop-off: Shop appointments are at 1410 Gillette St, La Crosse, WI. Hours: 9am–7pm. Mobile service: Mobile is request/approval (no same-day mobile). We confirm after reviewing your address + vehicle condition. 24+ hours notice required. Travel fee may apply outside La Crosse County. Cancellations & reschedules: Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit (if required). Add-ons / special situations: Pet hair removal, odor/ozone, heavy stain treatment, and bio cleanup are not included unless selected or quoted. Some severe conditions may require additional time or a follow-up appointment.
