Our goal is to significantly improve the appearance and cleanliness of your vehicle. #### Results & Expectations Detailing is a restoration and improvement process—not a guarantee of perfection. While we strive for the best possible outcome on every vehicle: * **All stains, odors, and imperfections may not be fully removable** * Results depend on factors such as: * Age and condition of the vehicle * Type and severity of stains (e.g., dye transfer, chemical damage, permanent discoloration) * Material condition (fabric wear, burns, deep-set contaminants) We will always do our best to achieve the highest level of improvement possible. --- #### Pre-Existing Condition Acknowledgment By booking a service, you acknowledge that: * Your vehicle may have pre-existing damage, wear, or staining * Mack2Steam is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that cannot be corrected through detailing * Some issues may improve but not be completely eliminated --- #### Pricing & Service Scope * All pricing is **“starting at”** and may increase based on: * Vehicle size * Condition (heavy staining, pet hair, excessive debris, etc.) * Final pricing will be confirmed before or during the service --- #### Customer Responsibility * Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment * Ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time * Inform us of any problem areas or concerns before service begins --- #### Satisfaction Policy We aim for customer satisfaction and transparency.
